GlobalCare Inc. incorporates innovative technology within the healthcare sector for the purpose of providing distinctive solutions for individuals, businesses, and healthcare providers. State Legislation

GlobalCare actively engages, both directly and indirectly through advocacy organizations, in the state legislative process nationwide. GlobalCare does not apply discounts or previously negotiated rates to medical claims. GlobalCare does not house rate table information established between medical providers and contracting entities. GlobalCare does provide electronic claims transport between payers of medical claims and Preferred Provider Organizations. GlobalCare does audit and manage contract compliance regarding steerage, benefit design and provider notification integral to the claims transport process. In many state legislative actions, GlobalCare is “an entity that is engaged in the business of providing electronic claims transport between the contracting entity and the payer or the third party administrator and complies with all of the applicable terms, conditions, and affirmative obligations of the contracting entity’s contract with the provider including, but not limited to, obligations concerning patient steerage and the timeliness and manner of reimbursement.”
